FCloud respects and protects the information of all users who use our services (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “user”), and will protect user information and privacy security in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions and with reference to industry best practices. We have formulated this FCloud Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy” or “this Privacy Policy”) to help you understand the following:

By proceeding to log in or use an FCloud account, you confirm that you have fully understood and agreed to this Policy, and consent to our collection, use, storage, and sharing of your relevant information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions regarding the content of this Policy, you may contact us through the various contact methods provided in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the 《FCloud User Service Agreement》.
1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal/Enterprise Information
We collect and use information that you actively provide when using FCloud and related services, as well as information generated through automated means during your use of functions or acceptance of services, in the following ways:
1.1 Basic Business Functions
(1) When you register or log in to an FCloud account, FCloud will collect your personal/enterprise information, including but not limited to mobile phone number, username, etc. This information is collected to help you complete the FCloud account registration and protect your account security. If you refuse to provide this information, you may not be able to successfully register or log in to an FCloud account. After registering and logging in, you can choose to fill in user profile information (user bio, background image, user name, enterprise name, region, etc.) based on your needs to complete your information. We will collect the user profile information you actively provide to display to other users and to provide you with information you may be interested in, including but not limited to sending you product and service information.
(2) When you use identity verification functions or related services as required, according to relevant laws and regulations, we may collect your real identity information (real name, enterprise name, ID number, Unified Social Credit Code, phone number, facial recognition information, etc.) to complete verification. In specific and necessary circumstances based on security considerations, to ensure that we are providing services to you personally/your enterprise, we may perform verification based on the information you provide, including verifying your identity through facial recognition. Some of this information is sensitive user information. You may refuse to provide it, but you may not be able to access the relevant services, without affecting the normal use of other functions and services.
(3) To ensure the secure operation of software and services, and operational quality and efficiency, when you use FCloud related services or visit FCloud platform web pages, we collect your device’s hardware model, operating system version number, device identifier, network device hardware address (MAC), IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, WLAN access points, Bluetooth, base stations, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operations, usage, service logs, and web pages you visit, etc. We may associate your device information or phone number with your FCloud account.
(4) To analyze statistical indicators such as app new additions, activations, retention, and performance, we may access the clipboard for attribution analysis of relevant statistical information. Please be assured that during this statistical process, we will not retrieve other information you have written to the clipboard and will not collect your private information.
(5) To prevent malicious programs, improve operational quality and efficiency, and protect account security, we collect information about installed applications or running processes, overall application operation, usage and frequency, application crash situations, overall installation usage, performance data, and application source.
(6) To provide you with more comprehensive and thorough services, we will obtain your personal/enterprise information through legal means from you or third parties.
(7) Message Notifications
You acknowledge and agree that for the contact methods you provide during your use of FCloud and/or services (e.g., contact phone number), we may, in our operations, send various types of notifications to one or more of them for purposes such as user message notification, identity verification, security verification, user experience research, and dispute resolution.
(8) Feedback
i. Customer Service & Issues: To facilitate contact with you, quickly help you resolve problems, or record the handling方案 and results of related issues, we may save records and related content of your communications/calls with us (including account information, feedback information, order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact details you leave). If you inquire, complain, or provide suggestions regarding a specific order, we will use your account information and order information. To facilitate non-logged-in users to use customer service or feedback functions, we may associate the aforementioned information with your device information, which can be viewed after login.
ii. When you complain about others or are complained about by others, to protect your legal rights and interests and those of others, we may provide your account/identity information, contact information, and complaint-related content to consumer protection departments and regulatory authorities to promptly resolve complaint disputes, except where expressly prohibited by laws and regulations.
iii. Surveys: For the reasonable needs of providing services and improving service quality, we may also use your other information, including relevant information you provide when contacting customer service, and survey response information you send us when participating in questionnaires. If you are unwilling, you may also refuse to participate in surveys.
1.2 Use of Third Parties in FCloud
To ensure the normal operation of FCloud or to implement related functions, we may integrate services provided by third parties through SDKs, APIs, plugins, etc. (For details, see Appendix 1). Before integration, we conduct strict security testing and privacy assessments of the third-party services and agree upon strict data protection measures with the third party, requiring them to handle your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures to protect your privacy and user information security. These third-party service providers are independent data controllers and bear full responsibility for their information collection and processing activities independently. We assume no responsibility for any disputes between you and the third-party service providers.
1.3 Use of Cloud Number Service in FCloud
FCloud will provide you with Cloud Number services in the form of SAAS services. You can choose the services you need based on your business requirements. The Cloud Number services referred to in this agreement mean the privacy protection services provided by FCloud to users through third-party service providers and basic telecommunications operators. The basic operator provides users with a temporary number (hereinafter referred to as “virtual number”) and binds this virtual number to the user’s common mobile phone number, enabling the function of answering calls and receiving text messages through this virtual number). During your use of the Cloud Number service, FCloud will collect your personal/enterprise information based on your operations and settings within the product, including but not limited to the business license information of the Cloud Number user, the name, ID card, and mobile phone number of the legal representative and agent; the mobile phone number, user name, and ID number bound to the Cloud Number; text messages received and sent by the Cloud Number, and recordings of calls made and received by the Cloud Number, etc. This information is collected to meet national regulatory requirements for the legal use of virtual numbers and to help you use the Cloud Number function more conveniently.
1.4 Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
When you use FCloud and related services, we may use relevant technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect, identify, and store information about your access and use of this product. We promise that we will not use cookies for any other purposes beyond those described in this privacy policy. We use cookies and similar technologies primarily to achieve the following functions or services:
(1) Ensuring the security, efficiency, and operation of products and services
We may set authentication and security cookies or anonymous identifiers to confirm whether you are securely logged into the service, or if you have encountered theft, fraud, or other illegal activities. These technologies also help us improve service efficiency and enhance login and response speeds.
(2) Helping you achieve a easier access experience
Using such technologies can help you avoid repeating steps like filling in personal/enterprise information or entering search content (e.g., recording searches, form filling).
(3) Recommending, displaying, and pushing content or accounts you may be interested in
We may use cookies and similar technologies to understand your preferences and usage habits, perform data analysis, to improve product services, recommend information or functions of interest to users, and optimize your choices regarding advertisements.
(4) Clearing Cookies
Most browsers provide users with the function to clear browser cache data. You can perform corresponding data clearing operations in the browser settings. Please note that if you clear cookies, you may not be able to use FCloud services or corresponding functions that rely on cookies due to these modifications.
1.4 Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent
According to relevant laws and regulations, prior authorization and consent are not required for collecting your personal/enterprise information in the following circumstances:
(1) Related to national security and national defense security;
(2) Related to public security, public health, and significant public interests;
(3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments, etc.;
(4) Where necessary for protecting the life, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interests of you or others, but where it is difficult to obtain your consent;
(5) Personal/enterprise information that you have voluntarily disclosed to the public;
(6) Collecting your personal/enterprise information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;
(7) Necessary for maintaining the secure and stable operation of FCloud and related services, such as discovering and handling faults in the software and related services;
(8) Necessary for academic research institutions conducting academic research based on public interest, and when providing the results of academic research or description to the outside world, the personal/enterprise information contained in the results is de-identified;
(9) Keyword information you input when using the search services provided by FCloud;
(10) Information data you publish on FCloud that is collected by FCloud, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details;
(11) Your acts violating legal provisions or FCloud rules and the measures FCloud has taken against you.
(12) When other third parties provide services to you through FCloud web pages or clients, the information you provide to the third party is not subject to this Privacy Policy.
(13) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Please note特别提示 that if information cannot identify your personal/enterprise identity individually or in combination with other information, it does not constitute your personal/enterprise information in the legal sense; when your information can identify your personal/enterprise identity individually or in combination with other information, or when we combine data that cannot be linked to any specific personal/enterprise information with your other personal/enterprise information, this information will be treated and protected as your personal/enterprise information in accordance with this Privacy Policy during the period of combined use.
2. How We Store Your Personal/Enterprise Information
The personal/enterprise information we collect and generate within the territory of the People’s Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People’s Republic of China. If it is necessary to transmit relevant personal/enterprise information collected domestically to overseas institutions for handling cross-border business, we will do so in accordance with applicable laws, administrative regulations, and the provisions of relevant regulatory departments. We will ensure that your personal/enterprise information receives adequate protection, for example, through anonymization, encrypted storage, etc. We only store your personal/enterprise information for the period necessary for the purpose of providing FCloud related services and within the time limit required by laws and regulations.
3. How We Transfer, Share, and Disclose Your Personal/Enterprise Information
3.1 Transfer
As our business continues to develop, we may undergo mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or other similar transactions, and your personal/enterprise information may be transferred as a result. In the event of such changes, we will require the successor to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy in accordance with laws and regulations and security standards no less than those stated herein. If the successor changes the original processing purpose or method, we will require the successor to re-obtain your authorization and consent.
3.2 Sharing
(1) In situations where our affiliates provide services to you or to us, we may share your personal/enterprise information with our affiliated companies. However, we only share necessary personal/enterprise information, and the processing of your information by affiliates is bound by this Privacy Policy. If affiliates wish to change the purpose of processing your personal/enterprise information, they will seek your authorization and consent again.
(2) To provide you with comprehensive and thorough services, with your explicit authorization, we will share your personal/enterprise information (including platform accounts you add, organization, permissions, etc.) with third-party advertisers, application developers, open platforms, or other partners.
3.3 Disclosure
Protecting user information security is a basic policy of FCloud. We will not disclose your personal/enterprise information, except in the following circumstances:
(1) Your explicit consent has been obtained;
(2) Necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract to which you are a party, or necessary for implementing human resource management according to legally formulated labor rules and regulations and legally concluded collective contracts;
(3) Necessary for performing statutory duties or statutory obligations;
(4) Necessary for responding to public health emergencies, or necessary for protecting the life, health, and property safety of natural persons in emergency situations;
(5) To implement news reporting, public opinion supervision, and other activities in the public interest, and to process your personal/corporate information within a reasonable scope;
(6) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
Even in the above circumstances, we will process your personal/enterprise information in a lawful and proper manner, for explicit and reasonable purposes.
4. How We Protect Your Personal/Enterprise Information
4.1 We attach great importance to the security of your personal/enterprise information and will strive to take reasonable security measures (including technical and managerial aspects) to protect it. FCloud has security protection functions for user accounts and adopts security measures such as encrypting user passwords to prevent the personal/enterprise information you provide from being misused or accessed, disclosed, used, altered, damaged, lost, or leaked without authorization.
4.2 We will employ encryption technology, anonymization processing, and other reasonable and feasible measures that are no less stringent than those used by our industry peers to protect your personal/corporate information, and utilize security protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on your personal/corporate information.
4.3 We establish dedicated security departments, security management systems, and data security processes to ensure the security of your personal/enterprise information. We implement strict data usage and access systems to ensure that only authorized personnel can access your personal/enterprise information, and we conduct timely security audits of data and technology.
4.4 Despite having taken the aforementioned reasonable and effective measures and complied with the standards required by relevant legal provisions, please understand that due to technical limitations and various malicious means that may exist, in the Internet industry, even with our utmost efforts to strengthen security measures, it is impossible to always guarantee 100% information security. We will do our utmost to ensure the security of the personal/corporate information you provide to us. We will not bear any responsibility for information security issues caused by reasons not attributable to us.
4.5 You acknowledge and understand that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may have problems due to factors beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take active measures to protect the security of your personal/enterprise information, including but not limited to using complex passwords, changing passwords regularly, and not disclosing your account passwords and related personal/enterprise information to others. We are not responsible for any password leaks, losses, etc., caused by personal reasons.
4.6 We will formulate emergency response plans and immediately initiate them upon the occurrence of a user information security incident, striving to prevent the impact and consequences of these security incidents from expanding. Once a user information security incident (leakage, loss) occurs, we will, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, promptly inform you of: the basic situation of the security incident and its possible impact, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks independently, and remedial measures for you. We will promptly inform you of the incident-related situation via push notifications, emails, letters, text messages, and related forms. When it is difficult to inform each user individually, we will adopt reasonable and effective means to issue an announcement. Simultaneously, we will also report the handling of user information security incidents to relevant regulatory departments as required.
5. Your Rights to Manage Your Personal/Enterprise Information
During your use of FCloud and related services, you can access and manage your personal/enterprise information in the following ways:
5.1 Access and Management of Personal/Enterprise Information
(1) You can log in to your FCloud account to query, access, correct, and delete your personal/corporate information, including account name, contact number, third-party platform account/password (such as e-commerce platforms, social platforms, etc.) filled in by the user. Please note that for security and identity verification purposes, you may not be able to modify certain initial information (including business license, ID number, and other information used for real-name authentication) on your own. If you indeed need to modify such information, please contact us according to the contact information stated in this privacy policy.
(2) In the event of the following situations, you have the right to request FCloud to delete your personal/corporate information:
i. The purpose of processing has been achieved, is unachievable, or is no longer necessary for achieving the purpose of processing;
ii. We stop providing products or services, or the retention period has expired;
iii. Individuals/companies withdraw their consent;
iv. Our handling of personal/corporate information violates laws, administrative regulations, or agreements with you;
v. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
Deletion of personal/corporate information: This refers to the act of removing personal/corporate information from systems involved in the implementation of daily business functions, ensuring that it remains unretrievable and inaccessible. After you or we assist you in deleting relevant information, due to applicable legal and security technology restrictions, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from backup systems. We will securely store your personal/corporate information and restrict any further processing of it until the backups can be cleared or anonymized.
5.2 Deactivating Your Account
You may apply to FCloud to deactivate your account at any time. Before deactivating your account, we will verify your personal/enterprise identity, security status, device information, etc. We will process your request promptly after receiving it and respond within 15 working days or within the time limit required by laws and regulations. You acknowledge and understand that account deactivation is an irreversible action. After your account is deactivated, all content, information, data, and records under the account will be deleted or anonymized. You will also be unable to retrieve, access, obtain, continue to use, or recover them, and have no right to request us to recover them, unless otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations, and relevant national standards.
If, after careful consideration, you still decide to deactivate your FCloud account, please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the FCloud Account Deactivation Instructions first. If you need to use our services again after deactivation, you are welcome to re-register using your mobile phone number.
6. Protection of Minors’ Personal Information
6.1 If you are a minor under the age of 18, before using this product, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy under the supervision and guidance of your parents or other guardians. If you are the guardian of a minor under the age of 18, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy on behalf of the minor under your guardianship before using FCloud and related services.
6.2 If you are the guardian of a minor, and you have other questions regarding the personal information of the minor under your guardianship, please contact us through the contact methods publicized in this Privacy Policy.
7. Changes and Revisions to the Privacy Policy
7.1 In order to provide you with better services, FCloud and related services will be updated and changed from time to time. We will revise this Privacy Policy in a timely manner. These revisions constitute a part of this Privacy Policy and have the same effect as this Privacy Policy. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you are entitled to under the currently effective Privacy Policy.
7.2 After this Privacy Policy is updated, we will release the updated version on FCloud and notify you through system announcements, notices, or other methods deemed appropriate by FCloud. When using FCloud and related services, you should promptly check and understand the modified content to keep abreast of the latest version of this Privacy Policy.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between you and FCloud shall be resolved in accordance with the method agreed upon in the 《FCloud User Service Agreement》.

9.1 If you discover that your personal/enterprise information has been disclosed, especially if your FCloud username and password have been compromised, please immediately contact FCloud customer service so that FCloud can take appropriate measures.
9.2 If you have any questions, comments, suggestions, or complaints regarding our privacy policy and the processing of your personal/enterprise information, please contact us through the official website. We generally respond to your feedback within 15 days.
