It covers the public website only. It does not automatically apply to the authenticated FCloud SaaS platform, cloud-phone products, customer-managed accounts or third-party social-media platforms. Where a product or service provides a separate privacy notice or agreement, that document will apply to the relevant processing.

The controller responsible for the processing described in this Policy is Sharetronic Data Technology Co., Ltd. FCloud Overseas Marketing is a business brand of Sharetronic (SZSE: 300857).

When you voluntarily complete and submit the website enquiry form, we process the information listed in the table above. Your phone number and inquiry type are required to register and respond to the enquiry. Company name, contact name and location are optional, and you may submit the form without providing them.

We use this information only to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, discuss potential business cooperation, provide customer service, and meet management or compliance obligations directly related to those purposes.
