1. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies when you visit the Chinese or English FCloud public website, submit a business enquiry through the website, or contact us using the phone number, email address or QR codes displayed on the website.
It covers the public website only. It does not automatically apply to the authenticated FCloud SaaS platform, cloud-phone products, customer-managed accounts or third-party social-media platforms. Where a product or service provides a separate privacy notice or agreement, that document will apply to the relevant processing.
2. Personal Information Controller
The controller responsible for the processing described in this Policy is Sharetronic Data Technology Co., Ltd. FCloud Overseas Marketing is a business brand of Sharetronic (SZSE: 300857).
3. How We Collect and Use Information
When you voluntarily complete and submit the website enquiry form, we process the information listed in the table above. Your phone number and inquiry type are required to register and respond to the enquiry. Company name, contact name and location are optional, and you may submit the form without providing them.
We use this information only to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, discuss potential business cooperation, provide customer service, and meet management or compliance obligations directly related to those purposes. We will not use it for a materially unrelated purpose without providing any notice or obtaining any authorization required by applicable law.
4. Local Storage, Server Logs and Similar Technologies
When you choose a website language, the website stores the fcloud-language value in your browser's local storage so that it can remember your Chinese or English preference. You may clear this value through your browser settings without affecting other essential website functions.
To protect the website and enquiry endpoint, apply request-rate controls and diagnose technical faults, our servers may generate necessary logs containing an IP address, request time, requested path, basic browser or device information and error status. The current website does not set cookies for advertising tracking or user profiling.
5. Service Providers, Sharing, Transfers and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may engage hosting, network, security or communications providers that are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations to process information on our behalf for defined purposes and only to the extent necessary.
We may otherwise provide or disclose personal information where you have given the authorization required by law, where it is necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you, to meet a legal obligation, to protect life, health or property in an emergency, or where another lawful basis applies. If a corporate transaction changes the entity responsible for the information, we will provide any notice required by law and require the recipient to remain bound by this Policy or obtain fresh authorization where necessary.
6. Storage Location and Retention
Website enquiry information is stored in business systems controlled by us or managed on our behalf. We manage storage locations in accordance with applicable law and our actual technical deployment. If a future processing activity requires a regulated cross-border transfer, we will complete the applicable notice, authorization or other compliance steps before that transfer takes place.
We retain information only for the shortest period necessary to follow up an enquiry, manage a potential business relationship, meet applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security audit records. When the purpose has been fulfilled, the retention period has expired or continued retention is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize the information unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Information Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the processing risk, including HTTPS transmission, access controls, least-privilege authorization, request-rate controls, security logging and personnel management, to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction.
No internet environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a personal-information security incident occurs or is likely to occur, we will take remedial measures and provide any notice or report required by applicable law.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, a copy of, correction, completion or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, restrict or object to particular processing, and request an explanation of our processing rules.
You may submit a request using the phone number or email address at the end of this Policy. To protect information, we may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and the scope of the request. We will respond within the period required by law and explain any lawful basis for refusing a request.
9. Protection of Minors
The FCloud website and business-enquiry service are intended primarily for enterprise customers and business professionals with full legal capacity. They are not directed to children under the age of 14. If you are a child's guardian and believe that the child provided personal information without appropriate guardian authorization, please contact us. After verification, we will promptly delete the information or take other measures required by law.
10. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our business, technology or legal obligations. The updated Policy will be published on this page with a new version number and last-updated date. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide a prominent website notice or another form of notice permitted by law.
